Unfortunately, Scotcon II did not attract a sufficient number
of players to make the event viable and has therefore been cancelled.
If you are interested in playing Face to Face Diplomacy in the UK it is
essential that you support the events that the Face to Face Diplomacy Group are
trying to arrange. Without that support events like Scotcon II cannot take
place and the hobby cannot grow.

New dates for Euro DipCon XIX Announced !!!
Euro DipCon XIX will now take place at MidCon XXXIII.

MidCon took place over the weekend of the 19th-21st November. This event is the UK National Diplomacy Championship and this year it was won by UKF2FDip founder Dave Simpson. Full results can be found here.
MidCon was also the final leg of the Tour of Britain and details of the final standings for 2010 can be found here. Congratulations to David Norman who is our first winner.

29th September 2010- EuroDipCon XIX Comes to the UK
It would seem the efforts of the UK to resurrect its face to face Diplomacy scene have not gone unnoticed. At EuroDipCon XVIII, which took place in Paris this year, Brighton DipCon II, a Tour of Britain event, was voted to be host of EuroDipCon XIX.
Tournament Director, Dave Simpson, is now putting arrangements in place for one promises to be a major milestone for the return of face to face Diplomacy in the UK. The event will obviously attract large numbers of players from across the continent as well as having the potential to lure some of the British old-hands out of retirement.
